Permanent Magnetic Chuck is a square body, which is composed of base, magnet assembly,
movable frame assembly, eccentric shaft and other parts. The groove
between the magnets is sealed by epoxy resin. Rare earth magnet is
matrix distributed around the conducting magnet and movable frame
assembly. By rotating the eccentric shaft and moving the movable
pole core frame assembly, the magnetic circuit is connected or
disconnected between the suction cup and the work, so as to achieve
the purpose of holding or releasing work.
